| First tried Kari Kerutuk cooking today with Kambing/mutton... suppose be a pekat recipe. a little too gravy for this time. But taste really good, enough to kick you out!!..lolll... the next time will be better.. ^^ |

Home Made Assam Laksa
Angela and I had a great Sunday trying to made Assam Laksa (non-hot version). She wanna open a restaurant in Cambodia by selling this. Not a bad idea but it may be a competitive one for the locals.

| Making myself a simple dinner, Salmon Fried Rice. Nothing but just Salmon & Egg!! Who say simple can't be nice?! lolll... the best part was, the Salmon slices I got from Tesco, So cheap & fresh.. so worth.. (hehehe...) |

Liu Wei Qin Bu Tang (六味清补汤)
Usually People going for Liu Wei (六味) for dessert, but this one can acually do a salty version. Just put in some Chicken/Pork Meat. But still I prefer to go with a little sugar :p
